Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation is considered if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- However, cancellation won't be entertained if the product has already been shipped.
Exchanges:
- Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.(prior Inform with in 24 hrs)
- Size exchange is available once per order.
- Store credit given for the exchanged product, valid for 90 days from the date of credit.
- Shipping costs for the product (to & fro) borne by the customer.
Return Policy:
- Return requests can be made by contacting our support team via Email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or Chat support within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
- Returns/Exchange accepted only in case of size issue, damaged or defective items.
- Refund issued as Gift card or credit points usable at halemons.com for 90 days from the issue date. Rs. 75/- deduction for courier cost.
- Return Items must be properly folded in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Cancellation of Order:

Credit Points for Unavailable Sizes:
- Credit points reflected in your account for the desired size exchange not available.
- Points usable for 90 days on the website.
Size Exchange Request:
- Request for size exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If the requested size is unavailable, offered the option of credit points to buy something else.
Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Exchange:
- Not accepted if the customer doesn't like the material or color.
- Human involvement in product creation may result in variations; subtle differences must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution; not eligible for exchange.
- No exchange for washed and worn products.
- No Refund, Return & Exchange for the Sale Store.
- No return if the original Packging is lost. incase the original packging is lost you have to ship the product to our warehouse at your expense.
